Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Change of Mind / Incorrect Size / Personal Reasons
If you'd like to return an item because you selected the wrong size, changed your mind, or the item didn't meet your expectations, we're happy to accept the return for a refund under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- We do not offer free exchanges or reshipments for size/preference-related returns; a new order must be placed separately if you'd like a different size or item.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product, a defective item, or the wrong item was shipped to you, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases:
- You will not need to return the item.
- We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you, based on your preference.
3. How to Start a Return

- We'll provide instructions on how to proceed based on your situation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale, and personal care/hygiene products (if applicable), are not eligible for return.
5. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
